How it works

As soon as you become a member of Snapstore by Cameleon and you have confirmed your account, you will be invited by e-mail to the opening of each sale. You will have access to Snapstore sales by connecting to the site with your log-in and password, or by clicking on your e-mail invitations. 

Each sale offers you the collection of a top fashion brand (women's, men's, children's styles), accessories, and household items. A sale lasts between 2 and 5 days. The sale stock is limited: the most successful items are likely to be sold out quickly, so don't wait the end of the sale to connect!

Each item is displayed with several pictures, a detailed description and a size guide with a recommendation based on your usual size.

When you have made your selection, you can complete your purchase online paying by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit cards, or by Bancontact in Belgium or iDeal in the Netherlands. Your payment is secured by encryption of your data with the Ogone payment service, one of the European leaders in online payments.

Upon closing of the sale we send your order in the following  2 to 10 working days, depending on the location of the stock. The delivery time is always specified before completing your order. Our delivery partners, depending on the type of delivery chosen, deliver to you, or place the packages at your disposal at a pickup point, within 1 to 3 working days. Thus,  you can count from 3 days to 2 weeks after closing of the sale to receive your order.

If you change your mind, or if your purchase does not satisfy you, you have the guarantee on Snapstore to send it back for a refund up to 15 days after receipt. The amount will be refunded for a returned article by crediting the credit card used, or by bank transfer in the case of payment by Bancontact or iDeal.
